Practice Manager
Full time
We have an opportunity for an experienced RN to manage medical assistant, front office and medical records staff for our three physician office practice. Position is responsible for the efficient management of all office functions to include scheduling; lab draws; patient triage; patient follow-up; referrals; and physician support. Position will also provide support and assessment for calls from independent living residents within the community. Candidates must have the ability to work well with physicians, support staff, patients, other providers, and our various healthcare areas. Will also be responsible for overseeing on-site specialty clinic with visiting physicians. A proven track record of managing staff within a physician's office environment in a positive, productive and collaborative way is a must as is a hands-on approach. Excellent assessment skills are required. Experience with an EMR is strongly preferred.
RN Full time; 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends
We are seeking an experienced RN for our Hospice Unit in our SNF.
Home Health CNA's
Flexible day, evening and night schedules are available; assignments are based on resident need. Must be available 2 weekend shifts per month. Must have a current FL CNA certification and have at least 1 year of recent CNA experience.
Refurbishment Tech
Full time
7:30am-4pm. This person will perform heavy cleaning, detailed cleaning, and final punch-out in our residential apartments after the renovation process. Final punch-out consists of touch up paint, caulking and quality inspections. Will work with other renovation staff to perform duties as needed.
Housekeeping/Window Washing Lead Full time
Day shift, with some weekends and holidays. This is a working lead position with the primary function of window washing as well as coordinating the window washing schedules. Other duties will include floor care, trash and recycling and heavy cleaning. Experience directing the work of others is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.
Cooks Full time and part time
Varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays. Cook experience is required. These are year-round positions.

Painter
Full time
We are seeking an experienced painter for interior and exterior painting of residential and commercial buildings. Other duties will include small drywall and stucco repairs, caulking, wallpaper repair and installation, and general cleaning in preparation for painting, etc. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in residential/commercial painting.
Fire Safety Coordinator Full time
We are seeking an experienced, reliable individual to be responsible for the operation, maintenance and testing of all fire and life safety systems at Shell Point. Duties include working with the fire department and outside contractors to ensure compliance with all applicable fire safety codes as well as training staff and residents on fire safety issues. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of the operation, testing and repair of fire safety/sprinkler systems, alarm panels, and be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Trade school education in fire safety, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an alarm/sprinkler contractor license is required. Recent field experience or experience in the facilitation of commercial fire systems or fire inspection license is a plus.

Day shift, with some possible weekends. We are seeking an experienced groundskeeper with good communication skills.
Activities Leader
We have a full time opportunity providing planning and implementation of the activities programs for one of our assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong creative sense, and have the ability to work well with a variety of individuals. Good computer skills in Microsoft Work and Outlook are a must, along with strong organizational skills. Experience in an ALF and/or retirement community is a plus. Activities and/or recreation background is preferred.
