JOB LISTINGS Healthcare
Nurse Manager - Memory Care Unit - FT. We are seeking a RN with a strong background in Alzheimer's/Dementia planning and management. This individual will manage the memory care unit in our SNF. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in Alzheimer's/Dementia care who are knowledgeable regarding current care and activity philosophies for residents who require memory care at varying stages. Admissions Coordinator - FT (SNF). This person will be responsible for managing our skilled nusing facility's census and maintaining relationships with community organizations, and area physicians and hospitals that generate patient admissions. This position will also be responsible for handling the pre-admission screen, completing admission paperwork and follow-up processes. A LPN is preferred, but candidates with other healthcare related experience will be considered. Administrative Unit Secretary - FT; 7am-5:30pm with varied days. We are seeking a candidate who has good computer skills, the ability to transcribe physician's orders, medical terminology and excellent communication skills. Previous medical office experience is required. This is a front desk position on our LTC Unit in our skilled nursing facility. CNA's - (SNF - Sub-Acute Unit) FT; 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends and FT; LTC Unit 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends. LPN's - per diem (ALF's). Day and evening shifts are available. Must work 4 shifts per month with 2 shifts being on a weekend. CNA's - per diem; SNF. Must work 4 shifts per month with 2 shifts being on a weekend. Current needs include day and night shifts as well as weekend day shift. Must have at least 6 months of CNA experience. Home Health CNA's - Flexible day, evening and night schedules are available; assignments are based on resident need. Must be available 2 weekend shifts per month. Must have a current FL CNA certification and have at least 6 months of recent CNA experience. Housekeeping/Food Service Housekeepers - FT; day shift with some weekends and holidays. Housekeeping experience is preferred. Servers - PT;
(ALF's) varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays.
Must be flexible and be able to work the breakfast, lunch and/or dinner
shifts. Server experience is preferred.
Grounds Groundskeeper - FT; day shift with some possible weekends. Previous grounds experience is preferred. Other Web Designer - We have a full time opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our award-winning PR/Marketing department. Some duties include developing and maintaining web content; designing and implementing clear, effective web pages; creating web graphics and callouts for marketing campaigns; adding video; creating virtual tours; coordinating and evaluating effectiveness of web and e-sales initiatives; and creating and maintaining e-mail databases. Requirements include a BA/BS or equivalent and experience in creating, implementing and maintaining web content. Expertise with MAC/PC Platform, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress, In Design, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and similar programs is a must as is an advanced proficiency with search engine optimization, search engine analytics, social networking, HTML, CSS, Javascript, database integration and up-to-date website technology. Candidates must provide samples of related work. Fiduciary Services Administrator (The Legacy Foundation at Shell Point) We have a newly created opportunity to join our Legacy Foundation staff in assisting our residents with their financial and legal affairs as well as healthcare issues. We are seeking a well qualified candidate to maintain all estate settlement material where the Executive Director has a role and ensure that information is provided to attorneys as requested; assist the Executive Director with healthcare surrogacy issues, including gathering information from pertinent staff members, conferencing with Executive Director and documentation to file; attending care plan meetings; serving as a notary or witness as necessary; preparing and executing Healthcare Surrogate and Living Will paperwork as well as other documents; scheduling appointments and assisting residents in the signing of paperwork; assisting in answering phones and making appointments for foundation clients for office staff when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field as well as related experience including a legal, medical and/or social work background.
