Healthcare

Director of Nursing - We have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced D.O.N. to provide leadership in our 219-bed skilled nursing facility.  An ability to foster positive employee relations, open communication, and continuous improvement, in order to maintain a high quality of care is essential.  Maintaining a strong team approach to the delivery of care and response to residents and families is critical.  Knowledge of MDS process and quality indicators is a must.  Experience in clinical, sub-acute and long-term care nursing leadership with a FL licensure is required and a BSN is preferred. Must have a strong knowledge of regulations and compliance procedures for ensuring an excellent rating of all nursing services and limited risk exposure due to nursing care.

Weekend Village Call RN - PT; (SNF). We are seeking a RN with excellent assessment skills to respond to our residents in their independent apartments.  Excellent customer service, communication skills and CPR certification are required.  Experience in med-surg, ER, skilled nursing and wound care are preferred. Will provide immediate response to residents who use our call system throughout the day and administer wound care in the physician's practice during the afternoon. Must have the ability to work in conjunction with the weekend manager of the SNF and the weekend doctor or ARNP. Will work 8 hour shift every other Saturday and Sunday.

ARNP - part time. We are seeking an experienced ARNP who enjoys working with a retired aging population.  This person will work with our physician's practice as well as provide some support to providers in our SNF.  In joining a team that supports 24/7 care, we are looking for someone willing to help with weekend coverage and night call. Excellent assessment and wound care skills are required.  A current FL ARNP license is required; experience with geriatric care is preferred. We will consider an independent contractor arrangement.

RN's - FT; (SNF - Hospice Unit) 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends. Nursing experience is required; also; RN/LPN; FT; (SNF - LTC Unit)  7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends. 

CNA's - per diem; SNF.  Must work 4 shifts per month with 2 shifts being on a weekend. Current needs include day shift as well as weekend day shift; 7am-3:30pm. Must have at least 6 months of CNA experience.

Home Health CNA's - Flexible day, evening and night schedules are available; assignments are based on resident need. Must be available 2 weekend shifts per month. Must have a current FL CNA certification and have at least 6 months of recent CNA experience.

Medical Center Receptionist - FT; Mon-Fri; 8am-4:30pm. Will provide front desk check in/check out support.  Must have excellent customer service skills providing a friendly point of contact for residents, providers and other departments in a fast-paced environment.  Good computer skills, communication and organizational skills are required and previous medical office experience is preferred. Medical assistant experience is a plus.

 

Food Service/Housekeeping

Cafeteria Attendant - FT; Primarily, 7am-3:30pm, but, must be flexible with availability, as schedule may change on occasion. Will prep food, make sandwiches, do basic grilling, serve and cashier. Excellent customer service skills are required.

Servers - part time. Must be able to work the lunch and dinner shifts, including some weekends and holidays. Server experience is preferred.

Dietary Aides - PT; varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays. Must be flexible with availability. Duties will include preparing food trays, delivering food trays, dishwashing and other kitchen duties.

Food Production Supervisor - FT. Position is responsible for supervising, coordinating and assigning all employees involved in production, purchasing, receiving, storage and sanitation of our ALF's dining service. Will meet high quality standards of operation and compliance with all accrediting agency standards and regulations; work closely with other key members of the management team, as well as the nursing supervisor.  The ideal candidate will have related experience, possess or successfully complete the Florida Food Manager's examination, have strong leadership, organizational skills, responsiveness and good communication skills. Food service management or culinary arts degree is preferred.

Housekeeping Tech - FT; day shift with some weekends and holidays. Primary function is window washing, in addition to other duties such as floor care, trash and recycling and heavy cleaning. Window washing experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Refurbishment Tech - FT; 7:30am-4pm. Will perform heavy cleaning in our residential apartments after the renovation process.
